Job Opportunity: Agile Coach with JIRA Experience
YSI is seeking a highly qualified Agile Coach with JIRA experience. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
- Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
- Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
- Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity with Incident & Problem management
Required Technical Experience:
- 3 years’ experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket) on-premises and cloud-based
- Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology)
- IAT Level II Certification required
- CompTIA Security Plus Required

Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
