Job Expectations:
You already know that a consultative sales approach as an Education Design Specialist (EDS) is required. Kay-Twelve expects our EDS to reach beyond. In this role you will:
- Collaborate directly with administrators of K-12 educational institutions to present out of the box solutions for their learning environment furniture needs.
- Drive relationships deep into your client’s organization to GROW business results
- Participate and actively participate in educational associations, conferences, and trade shows
- Present out-of-box solutions to clients, think beyond today and into the future
- Work in collaboration with the entire sales team and the VP of sales to effectively strategy on market trends and progression
Ideal Requirements:
- Interest in and desire to learn of educational institution furniture and manufacturers
- Proven experience in developing relationships and negotiation skills
- 2+ years of Sales involving a consultative approach
- Comfortable with construction documents & drawings while being solution oriented
- Technology literate; proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation software

Pay: $70,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
