Job Summary:
The Admissions Coordinator is the main point of contact for families and clients. This role supports the administration of the entire admission process, including screening applicants by acquiring relevant information and articulating all aspects of the program and its requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years customer service, sales and/or marketing experience.
- Two years experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
- Experience with CRM system preferred.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s CRM system.
- Valid CO driver license.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Foundry Treatment Center’s mission, goals, and programming.
- Adhere to Joint Commission and all State and Federal regulations.
- Knowledge of Program RTC, PHP, IOP, OP, and Detox admission criteria.
- Coordinate private-pay and/or insurance financial arrangements for treatment including verification of benefits.
- Facilitate complex admissions involving multiple individuals.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to communicate via phone.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Driving in all weather conditions.
