Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Support Analyst WFH for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high-quality, efficient care. If you got into our industry for these reasons, we want you to apply!
Responsibilities
The Product Support Analyst I is responsible for:
- Providing third (3rd) level technical and end-user support for front and back office revenue cycle systems
- Serving as a liaison between IT&S, system Vendors, and other business areas
- Assisting in small projects with guidance and oversight
- Focusing on the support of a variety of products, specifically around Artiva, and third-party workflow support and configurations
Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing functional and technical input to the resolution of inquiries from business areas
- Capturing product defects and submitting to the vendor
- Documenting product enhancements for vendor solutions
- Resolving system issues and problems
- Executing queries for product research and data flow reconciliation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong analytical, critical, and lateral thinking skills
- A grasp of standard healthcare data structures and data sources
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify critical issues
- Understanding of Third Party reimbursement for physicians and/or hospitals
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other required PC skills
- Knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and systems
Education
Associates Degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirements.
Experience
Minimum one to two years related experience required. Knowledge of Artiva or other workflow products is required. Working knowledge of SQL or database queries is preferred.
