We’re Hiring: Customer Service and Sales Representative
Description: We are on the lookout for a qualified customer service and sales representative to play a crucial role in selling our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, excel at closing leads, building relationships, and solving problems. Please note that this position is commission-only based, and our average representative earns $55,000 – $125,000 in their first year.
Objectives of this role:
- Represent the company’s products and services, utilizing consumer research and extensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs
- Build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques based on field interactions and results
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities through phone appointments
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos, and handle objections
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process, often including product demos and presentations
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards upheld
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Must be able to pass a state exam for adequate licensing
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- 2+ years of Customer Service or Sales experience
