About the Position: We are looking for a qualified customer service and sales representative to play a crucial role in selling the products and services our customers depend on. This position operates on a commission-only basis, with our average representative earning $55,000 – $125,000 in their first year.

Objectives of this Role:
- Represent the company’s products and services based on consumer research and comprehensive knowledge
- Build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- Possess in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos, and handle objections
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Must pass a state exam for adequate licensing
