We’re Hiring: Customer Service and Sales Representative

Description:

We are currently looking for a qualified customer service and sales representative to contribute to the sales of our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at closing leads, building relationships, and solving problems. Please note that this position is commission-only based, with an average representative earning $55,000 – $125,000 in their first year.

Objectives of this role:

  • Represent the company‚Äôs products and services using consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities on phone appointments
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are upheld

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Must be able to pass a state exam for adequate licensing

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • 2+ years of Customer Service or Sales experience
