- Working knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- IT Service Management and its implementation across different operating models (ITIL, AIOps, FinOps, DevOps, ServiceNow)
- Excelling in delivering high-value solutions in dynamic environments
- Leading complex projects and guiding delivery from scoping to conclusion
- Passion for developing and growing team members
- Communicating at an executive level
- Creating and maintaining professional relationships
- Developing thought leadership and sales materials
