Jorie is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join us as our RCM EPIC Business Analyst, specializing in clients utilizing EPIC EHR. As a key resource within our organization, you will play a vital role in assisting and empowering our internal business teams to better understand and utilize EPIC’s reporting functions.
Role Overview
- Act as an in-house EPIC Reporting Specialist, supporting internal business teams.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and other key departments to understand reporting needs.
- Create, customize, and maintain EPIC reports to meet specific requirements.
- Provide training sessions on effective utilization of EPIC’s reporting features.
- Act as the first point of contact for reporting-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving promptly.
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with EPIC’s reporting updates and enhancements for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in EPIC reporting tools and functionalities.
- HB Resolute /SBO Certification
- PB Resolute Certification
- Understanding of business operations and reporting requirements in the healthcare or healthtech sector.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex reporting concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address reporting challenges and optimize data utilization.
- Attention to detail for accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience
- 5 years of RCM Experience (Required)
- 3 years of EMR Epic Experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology, CPT Codes, HCPCS, Revenue Codes, Modifiers, and Diagnosis Codes.
