We are Hiring: Senior Software Product Owner
This is a full-time position, 100% remote.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall product vision.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, conveying priorities and gathering feedback.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, gather insights, and align on priorities.

Duties:
- Regularly refine and prioritize the product backlog based on changing business needs and stakeholder input.
- Write and maintain clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Participate in release planning sessions, ensuring that the team understands the priority and significance of each backlog item.
- Adapt release plans as needed based on evolving requirements, feedback, and changing business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, providing guidance and answering questions during the development process.
- Facilitate and conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ability to champion Agile principles and practices, ensuring the team’s adherence to Agile values.
- Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years leading Product teams in a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master capacity
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality software products
- Strong consulting experience (Big4 preferred)
- Experience executing in an Agile PO role with teams operating in different locations
- Proven experience working in Agile environments, particularly with Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge and expertise of app ecosystem and messaging channels such as email, mobile-SMS and in-app personalized targeting
- Strong Jira expertise
- Ability to incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
- Expertise in maintaining and prioritizing a dynamic product backlog.
- Strong understanding of backlog refinement techniques, such as MoSCoW prioritization.
- Proficient in crafting user stories that are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Experience facilitating release planning sessions and establishing realistic project timelines.
- Capability to adapt release plans based on changing requirements and priorities.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially in situations requiring trade-offs between features and project constraints.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Monday
- Ability to recognize project risks and issues and communicate them effectively and in a timely manner to leadership
