Position Summary

Staff members are responsible for completing the MPOS Provider Data case workload to ensure all SLAs and TATs are consistently met. This includes handling provider requests, contract and claims research, and member move directions. Staff members will maintain open lines of communication with the MPOS Manager and Lead on any issues encountered and provide feedback/recommendations for any process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months experience working in Microsoft Excel.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience.
  • Experience working with provider data.
  • Experience with QXNT.
  • Experience PRMS.
  • Experience ProdataV1.
  • Experience with QuickBase.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 – $31.10. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
