Position Summary

The Associate Manager, Clinical Health Service will oversee the implementation of healthcare management services for the assigned functional area.

Fundamental Components

  • Implements clinical policies & procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and federal standards and mandates as applicable).
  • Serves as a content model expert and mentor to the team regarding practice standards, quality of interventions, problem resolution, and critical thinking.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in clinical area of expertise.
  • Must have active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in state of residence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Managed Medicare experience.
  • Confidence working at home/independent thinker, using tools to collaborate and connect with teams virtually.

Education and Certification Requirements

Master’s degree in behavioral health field; or Registered Nurse (BSN preferred).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $78,000.00 – $168,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
