Key Job Functions
- Coordinate and manage the schedule of the COO, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Ensure that all commitments are met promptly and efficiently.
- Draft reports, emails, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the COO…
- Ensure and execute on follow-on actions, preparing communications, assignments, presentations.
- Assist COO to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules.
Required Experience, Skills, Background
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
- Committed to ongoing learning and current trends impacting military families
- Self-starter and creative thinker
Desired Experience, Skills & Background
- Experience working with both remote and in-person teams
- Experience with Google Drive applications including Documents, Sheets, and Slides
