Labcorp Regional Manager Business Development Position
Labcorp, recognized as one of Forbes 2023 “America’s Best Large Employers” and listed on the Disability Equality Index’s 2022 “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion,” is actively seeking a Regional Manager Business Development (RMBD) for the Labcorp Oncology segment in the Northeast Division.
Job Overview
The RMBD will play a vital role in identifying growth opportunities within the Labcorp Oncology segment for the Northeast Division, covering MD, DE, NJ, CT, RI, MA, ME, NH, VT, NY, and Eastern PA. The ideal candidate should reside in either NY or NJ.
About Labcorp Oncology:
- Believes in using science to enhance the lives of people with cancer
- Has a historic role in launching diagnostic testing for cancer treatment
- Pioneered tests such as HER2, PD-L1, EGFR, BRAF, ALK, RET, and more
Key Responsibilities
As an RMBD, you will:
- Oversee regional sales and account management for Labcorp’s oncology portfolio
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning and goal-setting
- Represent Labcorp with a comprehensive understanding of offerings
- Drive culture, develop talent, and implement strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts
Requirements
To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience; life sciences industry preferred
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Existing relationships within Hospitals, Pathology, and Oncology Clinics preferred
- Experience in laboratory or specialty medicine sales is a plus
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Technical competency is preferred
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and travel up to 50%
- Valid Driver’s License required
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $125k-$155k plus commissions
