Position Summary
As a staff member, your role involves completing the MPOS Provider Data case workload to ensure consistent adherence to SLAs and TATs. You will handle an assigned case workload, including provider requests, contract and claims research, and member move directions. Communication with the MPOS Manager and Lead is crucial for addressing issues and providing feedback/recommendations for process improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with QNXT and/or PRMS.
- Experience working with Provider Data
- Analytical skills
Education
High School Diploma
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 – $34.60
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
