The Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a data-driven, omnichannel approach to marketing across various channels, including:
    • Web
    • Email
    • Social media
    • Google and Bing PPC
    • Direct mail
    • TV
    • Radio
    • Direct mail
  • Focus on growing Digital Marketing channels.
  • Lead a function targeting house buyers/sellers for pipeline lead acceleration.
  • This role is FULLY REMOTE.

What you will do:

  • Execute the company marketing strategy across various channels.

  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through digital and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Optimize marketing processes and implement persona-based messaging.
  • Streamline efforts, maximize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign success based on KPIs.
  • Review audiences to ensure targeted marketing outreach.
  • Constantly test and track campaigns to reduce CPLs.
  • Manage and recruit third-party consultants for marketing support.
  • Develop internal and external marketing policies and style guidelines.
  • Lead corporate branding initiatives.
  • Oversee design and content on the corporate website.
  • Track campaigns and develop reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau for data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in the company’s expansion into new geographic markets.

About You:

  • 5+ years of marketing management experience in-house or at an agency (preferably B2C).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing company-wide marketing plans.
  • Excellent computer skills, including CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
