The Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Implement a data-driven, omnichannel approach to marketing across various channels, including:
- Web
- Social media
- Google and Bing PPC
- Direct mail
- TV
- Radio
- Direct mail
- Focus on growing Digital Marketing channels.
- Lead a function targeting house buyers/sellers for pipeline lead acceleration.
- This role is FULLY REMOTE.

- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through digital and traditional marketing efforts.
- Optimize marketing processes and implement persona-based messaging.
- Streamline efforts, maximize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign success based on KPIs.
- Review audiences to ensure targeted marketing outreach.
- Constantly test and track campaigns to reduce CPLs.
- Manage and recruit third-party consultants for marketing support.
- Develop internal and external marketing policies and style guidelines.
- Lead corporate branding initiatives.
- Oversee design and content on the corporate website.
- Track campaigns and develop reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau for data-driven decisions.
- Assist in the company’s expansion into new geographic markets.
About You:
- 5+ years of marketing management experience in-house or at an agency (preferably B2C).
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing company-wide marketing plans.
- Excellent computer skills, including CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
