The Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a data-driven, omnichannel approach to marketing
  • Manage marketing across various channels, including web, email, social media, Google and Bing PPC, direct mail, TV, radio, and more
  • Focus on growing Digital Marketing channels
  • Lead a function for pipeline lead acceleration targeting house buyers/sellers
  • Fully remote role

What you will do:

  • Execute company marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through digital and traditional marketing efforts
  • Optimize marketing processes and implement persona-based messaging
  • Maximize efficiency and drive continuous improvement in marketing initiatives
  • Analyze marketing campaign success based on KPIs
  • Review audiences for different campaigns to ensure targeted outreach
  • Test and track campaigns to reduce CPLs
  • Manage and recruit third-party consultants for marketing support
  • Develop internal and external marketing policies and style guidelines
  • Lead corporate branding initiatives
  • Oversee design and content on the corporate website
  • Track campaigns and develop reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Assist in the expansion into new geographic markets

About You:

  • 5+ years of marketing management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Hands-on in developing and implementing company-wide marketing plans
  • Excellent computer skills, including CRM platforms and data analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
