Join Our Team – U.S. Sales Executive Position

Following our official launch and anticipating significant commercial growth, Sirona Medical, Inc. is seeking a U.S.-based Sales Executive. As part of the Sirona sales organization, you will collaborate with the Sirona GTM and Product teams to sell RadOS, radiology’s first unified cloud-native workflow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build Sirona brand in one of three sales territories – West, Central, East region
  • Develop and manage the sales funnel, engaging leads through dialogue, email, trade shows, onsite meetings, and virtual demos
  • Work with COO to strategize and execute sales activities, from discovery to contract execution
  • Negotiate pricing, licensing, and contract terms with prospective customers
  • Collaborate with management, clinical, and technical teams to respond to RFPs and other formal sales inquiries
  • Advocate for customers post-sale, working with Head of Integrations to develop customer promoters
  • Promote Sirona Medical brand and value proposition positively to customers, vendor partners, and consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • 5 – 7 years of direct sales experience with demonstrated success
  • Imaging informatics or healthcare IT experience is highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of the competitive market
  • Highly motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player who aligns sales efforts
