Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
The Office of Information Technology supports the JTLIMS application for various divisions within DFS. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in JusticeTrax LIMS application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom reports supporting a forensic laboratory. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and JT LIMS customization’s, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience

Pay: $90.00 – $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
