Inside Sales Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of inside Sales Associates to ensure the registrations of dental providers, at defined monthly goals, which will ensure revenue attainment for Vyne Dental. The Inside Sales Manager may be assigned tasks outside these duties in accordance with Company business plans and strategic goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs of area or establishment
  • Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales targeted leads/campaigns
  • Advises Director of Sales, Vendor Partners, concerning sales and advertising techniques
  • Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist staff in promoting sales
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns
  • Recommends product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales lines
  • Represents Company at industry association meetings to promote product
  • Acts as liaison between sales and other departments and conducts sales meetings
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
  • Maintains monthly cancellation quota and retention strategy
  • Assists other departments within establishment to prepare manuals and technical publications
  • Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales
  • May participate in product research and development
  • Consistently demonstrates the core values of VYNE
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Support Admin – This position may have access to and be responsible for supporting customer technical needs, which may include securing customer’s sensitive technical information.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated people-oriented management experience and leading a team of people
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Superior problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Salesforce and CRM system
  • 4+ years of professional sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum five years in the healthcare industry with related job experience
