Trone Bathroom Fixtures Sales Manager

  • Oversee the acquisition, contract negotiations, and management of regional account representatives.
  • Provide monthly reports and calculate sales commissions for representatives.
  • Maintain regular contact with sales representatives, offering advice and materials to enhance their promotion and sales of Trone products.
  • Manage house accounts outside the sales representative network.
  • Play a key role in product catalog changes and expansion decisions.
  • Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, leads, and monitor sales performance.
  • Allocate time each week to finding and inputting new leads into the CRM.
  • Conduct weekly cold calls, tracking progress and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor an email outreach strategy for cold emails.
  • Create and implement an annual survey for all Trone wholesale customers.
  • Personally handle all Trone wholesale orders, returns, replacements, and refunds.
  • Focus on building relationships with designers, showrooms, and wholesalers to drive sales volume for Trone.
  • Some light travel is required (and reimbursed), primarily attending KBIS.


  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales pipelines and tracking customer interactions
  • Experience in outside sales, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
