What You’ll Be Doing

The Implementation Associate will perform on-site and remote implementations of CBORD / Horizon Software solutions including training and offering best practice recommendations serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).

  • Perform on-site and remote implementation activities for CBORD / Horizon solutions which may include:
    • Install, configure and test server hardware and software
    • Verify / Validate interface connectivity
    • Collaborate with internal / external team members to ensure completion of tasks and client satisfaction
  • Conduct product training in group settings and in individual sessions
  • Create written documentation supporting scheduled activity; agenda, status report, project timeline / implementation plan, post go live review assessment
  • Provide implementation support that can include creation / review of operations to align with CBORD / Horizon best practices to ensure successful client engagements
  • Follow internal guidelines for travel arrangements to ensure alignment with client contractual requirements
  • Timely submission of required documentation
  • Coordinate technical support as needed
  • Achieve individual revenue plan and billable utilization target
  • Develop and grow CBORD / Horizon systems knowledge and supporting third party tools

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Registered Dietician (RD) or RD eligible if working with clinical systems strongly preferred
  • Child Nutrition program experience is a plus
  • Applicable work experience related to system(s), strongly preferred
  • Proficient training and presentation skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Good human relations and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management, decision making and organization skills
  • Customer first mindset
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to manage stressful situations
  • Personal credit card required with enough credit to accommodate ten days of travel expenses

What’s Good to Know

  • Regular business travel is required, dependent on client need
  • Home office based when not traveling
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • COVID vaccination required per client guidelines
