We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Specialist to support our National/Inside Sales market.

How can you make an impact?

The Enterprise Account Specialist works alongside the McGraw Hill Higher Education sales team for strategic accounts. You will be implementing and managing scalable processes to generate and protect revenue. You will be assisting and helping support Enterprise Account Managers and Sales Representatives in all areas of sales support.

Your critical thinking and organizational skills will help bring sales strategies to fruition for the Enterprise Account Managers. Reporting to the Sr Enterprise Account Manager, your work will help build the future of learning.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with assigned Enterprise Account Manager to serve as sales support and manage communication to bookstores & Sales Representatives.
  • Support Enterprise Account Managers in submitting digital offer tools for codeless offers.
  • Manage pricing audit issues and discrepancies with 3rd party billings.
  • Onboarding and implementation liaison between Enterprise Account Manager and the customer, building strong relationships with customer teams.
  • Support Enterprise Account Managers to research & set up appointments with Administrators at target accounts to support selling initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Implementation Consultant, or Sales Support Specialist.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a general understanding of the Higher Education market.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with Microsoft Office Suite experience & superb Excel skills.

The pay range for this position is between $50,000 – $60,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sales commission plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
