Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and prioritizing digital marketing objectives, creating and communication marketing targets through email, social media, and web.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and monitor strategic communication initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new communications opportunities.
- Review the performance of all platforms sites and for campaign reporting to ensure delivery of ROI.
- Develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, followers, and more.
- Develop day to day content, creative and user journey experiences through client website, email, text and digital initiatives.
- Develop and execute various SEO and SEM initiatives to increase traffic and increase leads to the credit union’s digital channels.
- Conduct keyword and competitor reach; explicated Google Analytics data and optimizing digital and social channels.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital communications, with a focus on social media and email marketing.
Basic Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with social listening tools.
- Experience analyzing social media and website metrics (Google Analytics/G4, Twitter, X, etc).
- Experience with UX and customer experience.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set and meet goals.
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals.
- Must be proactive, self-directed and highly motivated.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
