The Role: Demand Planner
Responsibilities:
- Own the Local Channel Forecast Process from Creation to Execution
- Optimize Channel Inventory via a robust local allocation process
- Local reporting of operational KPIs and corrective action plans
- Locally drive Operations Projects and Process Improvements
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of demand planning experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- BA/BS degree in the field of Supply Chain/Operations, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or relevant industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex situations
- Experience working with top-tier retailers to create comprehensive sales plans
- Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning and S&OP process and governance
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, experience with Anaplan a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to act as a trusted advisor to business partners
