Position Summary

Implementation Managers are crucial in onboarding new and existing clients to CVS Caremark and strategic products. As an Implementation Manager Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting overall implementation projects. Responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, assessing and mitigating risks, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality and predictable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Project Management (1-3 years)
  • Microsoft Office Tools experience (1-3 years)
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on the specific role. Candidates are required to work in a Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings. Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations: Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PBM or Health Plan experience
  • Client implementation experience

Education

HS Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $40,600.00 – $83,400.00. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
