Channel Sales Executive Position
As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with partners, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales through our network of channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the background screening industry, be an effective communicator, and be skilled at building long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance sales and broaden our reach in the market.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each channel partner, ensuring mutual profitability and growth.
- Training: Educate and train partners about our products and services to enable them to effectively promote our offerings.
- Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, share feedback, and optimize sales processes.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and feedback, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and support.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the background screening industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HUBSPOT.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets in a channel sales role, ideally in the Human Capital Management or Background Screening Industry.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment related to background screening, including but not limited to FCRA, and its impact on the industry!
