Position Summary

  • Manage local client relationships as the liaison between clients and the enterprise
  • Report to a District Manager of Omnicare Account Management
  • Responsible for day-to-day client support activities
  • Retain and expand existing business
  • Key point of contact for driving customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships by consistently delivering value
  • Attend client meetings within LTC facilities
  • Develop regular, proactive client meetings for strong connectivity
  • Identify at-risk accounts and consult with internal partners
  • Manage routine client support activities and resolution of issues
  • Partner with Key Account team for National and Regional accounts
  • Assess client needs and present Omnicare value proposition
  • Manage facility expectations of contractual covenants
  • Deliver non-clinical facility training and support new program implementation
  • Assist District Manager on all contract renewals

Qualifications

  • +2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to travel overnight at least 50%
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established success in client/account management
  • Excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Ability to strategically solve problems and adapt to changing dynamics
  • Effective presentation skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required; will consider comparable work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $40,600.00 – $83,400.00
