As a product analyst on the Personal Auto team, you’ll conduct research and analysis that supports the profitability and growth of our premium auto business in a state. You’ll work on all aspects of the product that drive our auto results, including:
- Assessing monthly performance
- Identifying segmentation opportunities
- Exploring underlying drivers of market trends
- Supporting product revisions and updates
You’ll also work and share information with business partners across the organization. Additionally, you’ll engage with partners in many other parts of the organization to find the appropriate solution for the state to provide insight into how our business grows and remains profitable while influencing strategic considerations.
Remote work allowed. Cleveland, OH or Richmond, VA locations preferred.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
- Inquisitive problem-solver with a focus on root-cause analysis
- Adept at navigating unstructured business challenges
- Proficient data gathering and manipulation skills using SQL/SAS
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid quantitative skills
Compensation
$56,300 – $90,800/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 24% – 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
