Remote Position Details

This is a remote, work-from-home position available to applicants residing in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Idaho, Missouri, Nevada, Texas, and Utah.

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour

Position Summary

Content Marketing Developer & Copywriter: The role involves creating compelling copy and content for outbound email and text messaging campaigns, website pages, and landing pages that align with the university’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for Bryan University’s Marketing Content Calendar, focusing on organic content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain social media comments and schedule posts on all platforms.
  • Research and write SEO articles, conduct monthly analysis, and contribute to the Bryan Newsroom.
  • Conduct interviews for monthly stories, assist with data gathering, competitive analysis, and project support.
  • Keep the Bryan University website up to date with catalog changes.
  • Implement and maintain a review strategy on Google, Facebook, and GradReports.
  • Produce reports and assist with monthly marketing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism, Communications, or similar field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in copywriting, direct response writing, and long- and short-form article/blog writing.
  • Skills: Experience with WordPress, strong verbal communication, ability to adapt to change, and proficiency in various software programs.
  • Desired Traits: Positive attitude, continuous learning mindset, ability to work in a collaborative environment, and demonstrated proficiency in PC navigation.
