Position Summary
As a Sr. Manager, Asset and Configuration Manager focused on Configuration Management, you will be responsible for the engineering, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Discovery, and the maintenance and health of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This includes leveraging all ServiceNow’s IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities, including Service Mapping, implementation of best practices using ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model (CSDM), as well as Hardware and Software Asset Management.
- Lead and manage the Asset and Configuration Management team
- Serve as the escalation point involving potential troubleshooting
- Design and manage CMDB and Asset data integrations with other data sources
- Develop, document, implement, and maintain CMDB governance processes
- Mentor and direct configuration management specialists
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow’s ITOM and ITAM solutions
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in relevant technologies, methods, or platforms
- Experience with CSDM 3.0 and ITIL 4 Certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 – $170,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
