Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Tier 1 Software & System Support Associate to join our team.
This position will directly support the CTO Products Office, which is a centralized, cohesive organization focused on building new and enhancing existing capabilities to enhance our competitive strategy.
- Work with a dynamic team of engineers and developers to understand Tier 2 level configurations of existing custom software, systems, and solutions
- Support intake, tracking, and resolution of customer submitted issues
- Facilitate and support incident and request escalations as appropriate
- Support customers in guidance to published documentation including installation planning, configuration, and troubleshooting support guides
- Support and achievement of established service targets for response, resolution, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma OR GED
- 4 or more years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and support in a multi-functional, enterprise environment (A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for experience)
- Experience with ServiceDesk Software Technology such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or ZenDesk
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Windows-based products and integrations

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
The projected compensation range for this position is $50,500-$83,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills, and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education, and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
