Position Responsibilities:
You will assume direct responsibility for project kick off, documenting project plans, milestone tracking, scope change requests, resource scheduling, and facilitating internal daily stand ups. You will also educate prospects and clients and properly set expectations for engaging with eGroup Enabling Technologies.
- Project Management:
- Contribute, develop, manage the development and maintenance of a Data, AI, and Platform Project Management Playbook
- Facilitate project kick off and status update calls with clients and internal stakeholders
- Document customer conversations, inclusive of needs, risks, challenges, etc
- Ensure requirements and prerequisites are met prior to project start date
- Align and manage client (and technical architect) expectations to the in-scope effort of the defined statement of work
- Highlight risk in the scope/statement of work and effort estimate process
- Communicate risk and trends internally
- Communicate regular updates to clients regarding project status and open items/risks
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Practice Lead and Architects to understand and document changes needed to the playbook, effort estimate, or statement of work documentation
- Effectively articulate the value and long-term benefits of the Customer Journey – inclusive of data strategies, data protection and governance, business insights, and use of AI within client environments
- Contribute ideas for new areas of business opportunity and product development for Data, AI, & Power Platform, and assist with development of sales enablement resources and skilling
- Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with internal team members, partners, and clients
Skills & Competencies:
Compensation Expectations: $80-100K annual salary + incentive
