Roles and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you’ll be a general manager for commercial and internal products. You’ll be at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology, designing, developing, and managing activities throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Product definition and planning
  • Production, release, and end of life management
  • Commercialization and Go-To-Market planning for commercial products
  • Sales and key business support activities

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysts apply analytical skills to develop requirements and user stories using Agile and scrum methodologies.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years of progressive roles managing IT system/software development and project management processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems
  • Certification(s) Preferred: IIBA

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Possesses extensive abilities and a proven record of success as a team leader working on software development projects.
  • Performs all phases of applications systems analysis and understands SDLC development methodology.
  • Translates business requirements into deliverables, performs SDLC activities, and manages vendor relationships.
  • Applies analytical skills to determine business value, conducts requirements elicitation and analysis meetings, and oversees documentation of business requirements and test cases.
  • Demonstrates prior knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud stack (Adobe Experience Manager – AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.).
