Harlow’s School Bus Service: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: $46,000 – $58,000 Plus Incentives!
Location: Remote Position – Will consider applicants within the Bozemen area.
Harlow’s School Bus Service is actively seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Bozeman area. Our company has locations in Manhattan, Boulder, Shields Valley, and Whitehall.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building and developing a pipeline of school bus drivers for the specific regional area. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and execution of recruiting plans.
- Participating in offsite recruiting, such as job fairs and community events, to engage potential candidates.
- Networking through contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Coordinating and implementing on-site & remote recruiting initiatives.
- Performing administrative duties and recordkeeping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Working closely with location manager(s) and trainer to confirm training, test dates, and start dates.
- Developing and maintaining positive, trusting relationships with drivers.
- General knowledge of word, excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.
- Skills in database management and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
- Demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
- Creative with out-of-the-box solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: GED or High School Diploma
- Experience: 1 year relevant work experience, i.e. customer service, administrative skills, and strong attention to detail required.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
