www.ExecutiveLeadersRadio.com is the #1 “Business with Heart” radio show in the country, conducting interviews with 10,000+ CEOs over 16 years.
Our CEOs have actively supported and funded our non-profit, www.RealWorldLeaders.org. Starting in January 2022, we initiated a program inviting underserved high school students from Charter, Parochial, Trade, and Public Schools from Philadelphia through Northern Virginia to cohost our CEO interviews on Zoom. In these sessions, students take the lead, asking questions and fostering real and heartfelt interactions. We aspire to expand this initiative nationally.
We are Hiring a Recruiter
We are growing and seeking a recruiter to develop, refine, and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for both employees and community leaders supporting our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our CEO and the hundreds of CEOs supporting our cause.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Understand people, their strengths, and efficiently review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of employment with a single employer with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills (phone and written word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Compensation: $25/hour + bonuses, virtual, part-time (5-20 hours a week)
