Remote Systems Analyst Role
This role is 100% remote. Torrid is actively seeking a Systems Analyst to support our Order Management system. As a Systems Analyst, you will:
- Deliver Order management solutions in collaboration with the Manhattan team.
- Work on configurations in Test and Production Order management environments.
- Maintain, support, and extend existing in-house automation to integrate OMS application with various Internal/external applications.
- Identify product issues and write detailed bug reports during the product development/QA cycle.
- Lead Production Incidents and act as Incident Manager for major system incidents.
- Communicate and coordinate with peers and senior-level individuals in cross-functional groups.
- Setup processes and track daily production maintenance activities.
- Provide solutions to resolve blockers for Production support team/QA team.
- Experience Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions and various types of testing.
- Participate in Production Support on a rotation basis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle SQL, T-SQL.
- Experience working in a retail company with any Order Management system.
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Hourly range: $41.27 – $52.03
