The Supply Chain Manager, under the supervision of the Supply Chain Director, will play a critical role driving timely and compliant supply for existing partnerships by effectively coordinating end-to-end Order to Cash activities across all partnered regions.

Accountability:

This is a systems-based role located at Client’s’s Thousand Oaks site, accountable to coordinate and execute against Client’s’s Order to Cash processes to enable supply and payment receipt for partnered product manufactured and distributed globally at Client’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Client’s Partnership Leads to perform gap assessment for SAP infrastructure for new partner set-ups and provide support for issue resolution
  • Drive SAP setup including IS built for new sales organization & company codes, testing OTC transaction to ensure business requirements are met
  • Support partner set up in SAP based on identified financial and physical flows to ensure flawless order management
  • Setup and maintain partner customer and material master data in SAP
  • Ensure partners are operating in compliance with Client’s’s Purchase Order process, provide partner training when required, and help to resolve any system issues
  • Manage Client’s partner invoicing and credit payments to ensure proper netting of contractual financial arrangements; provide technical issue resolution related to billing transactions in SAP
  • Manage Global Partnership Supply’s specialized shipping process through close coordination with Site Manufacturing and Quality functions
  • Maintain partner disposition documents in Client’s systems based on SAP reports & Smartsheet tracking tool
  • Conduct month-end closings and provide updates through standardized reports
  • Represent GPS and actively shape global design on key strategic global supply chain initiatives based on in-depth understanding of regional needs
  • Develop and implement cross-regional (JAPAC and GPS) tools and resources to standardize process, training, and support for end business users
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with IS and continuously improve critical business/IS processes and service level agreements
  • Act as project lead for critical GPS capability build projects and work cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot SAP system issues related to master data, plan to stock, and order to cash processes and translating it to IS for resolution
  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP order to cash, specialized shipping, and jurisdictional control attributes in SAP
  • Provide comprehensive SAP training to end users in both GPS and JAPAC SC organizations

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience in a reimbursement HUB, medical insurance, physician office OR healthcare setting

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

  • STRONG SAP EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
  • Must be flexible in being able to support multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP environments like SAP

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $61.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
