Sales Director Role
As a Sales Director, you are an experienced individual contributor with CPG clients and agency contacts, possessing knowledge of the digital advertising landscape within the Walmart community.
You will utilize Ogury‘s mobile solutions to establish and grow business, focusing on Walmart-specific opportunities. Responsibilities include the long-term development of business relationships with CPG executives in Northwest Arkansas.
What You’ll Do:
- Build awareness and adoption of the company’s mobile offering through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales.
- Combine new business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management.
- Develop sales strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
- Engage with senior advertiser executives to support sales team efforts and drive deal growth.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing efforts against important decision-makers.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales with Walmart footprint growth.
- Mobile experience.
- Data-driven with a focus on breaking new business and reliably growing existing accounts.
- Existing relationships and contacts within the Walmart vendor community.
- Enthusiastic about working in a startup team environment.
- Autonomous worker who enjoys working remotely.
- Educator and business consultant, connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship with Ogury.
- Excellent presenter with comfort in executive-level interaction.
The salary for the Sales Director role is: $135,000 – $150,000 (USD) annually plus commission, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
