Our Aeronautics Sector is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a full-time remote schedule with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. The successful candidate will conduct full-life cycle recruiting, to include screening, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for regional and/or division-specific requisitions that may include hourly, administrative, technical, and leadership roles
  • Develop creative strategies to source, identify, attract, and hire top candidates in a timely fashion and share best practices with team members
  • Accurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizes candidate and hiring manager feedback, and routinely pre-close candidates to ensure high acceptance rates
  • Act as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and ensure timely feedback to candidates
  • Drive a diverse pipeline for open positions by engaging and building relationships with diverse organizations and attending and recruiting at diversity conferences
  • Possess strong business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships, and effect business outcomes
  • Utilize data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies
  • Understand and adhere to compliance, diversity, and talent acquisition processes
  • Collaborate with leaders and other key players to ensure streamlined and positive candidate experience

Basic Qualifications for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

  • High School Diploma and 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience OR Associate’s degree and 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience OR Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement sourcing strategies for critical positions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Basic Qualifications for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

  • High School Diploma and 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience OR Associate’s degree and 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement sourcing strategies for critical positions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recruitment experience within A&D industry

Salary Range: $54,200 – $81,200

Salary Range 2: $65,500 – $98,300
