Current Opportunity: Senior Director, IT Operational Leader
KPMG is actively seeking a Senior Director to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This position allows for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead systems of action demand management, cost plans, project creation, fiscal year activities, reporting, and team recoverability efforts.
- Manage licensing discussions, usage impact on team utilization, optimization, and audit reporting.
- Prepare monthly ServiceNow platform status and agile reports.
- Participate in the development and execution of the ServiceNow product strategy and roadmap.
- Own all training activities related to the platform, including monthly training, certifications, and progress monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Minimum twelve years of recent experience in IT platform management with direct leadership of large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
- Specific domain expertise within a ServiceNow module or modules and demonstrated Lean and Agile experience.
- Advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models for complex SaaS or PaaS solutions.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- US Citizenship is required.
