Job Opportunity: Senior Director, IT Operational Leader
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, IT Operational Leader to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead systems of action demand management, cost plans, project creation, fiscal year activities, and reporting
- Manage licensing discussions, usage impact, team utilization, and optimization
- Prepare monthly ServiceNow platform Status report and agile reports
- Participate in ServiceNow product strategy and roadmap development
- Serve as the single point of ownership for all training activities related to the platform
- Coordinate Agile product delivery and manage program-level efforts
- Facilitate ServiceNow ESA agreement, communication activities, and financial management
Qualifications:
- Minimum twelve years of recent experience in IT platform management
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Specific domain expertise within a ServiceNow module or modules
- Deep knowledge of enterprise cloud-based solutions, Lean and Agile experience
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- US Citizenship is required
