The Production Support CRM Administrator will be responsible for end-user support of the mortgage lending division’s Customer Relationship Management (“CRM“) tool. Collaborate with the business and provide support in the planning, design, development, implementation, and ongoing end-user administration support of the MLD CRM. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
The target pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.
What you’ll do:
- Advise the Strategy and IT teams to help define solutions and manage projects to improve workflow and CRM application efficiency.
- Conduct research and root-cause analysis of system-related issues, and provide technical expertise to end users.
- Work with business partners and IT in the planning and analysis of business requirements for introducing new CRM technology and enhancements.
- Provide troubleshooting of system issues and requests reported by users.
- Escalate critical issues/bugs to necessary parties including IT, Application Support, and/or developers for resolution.
- Communicate statuses of issues, work-arounds, and root cause analysis through detailed documentation to users and all impacted parties.
- Perform system administration functions to support the business needs by designing and testing system configurations, scripts, and other tools.
- Participate in business planning sessions that address CRM strategy, enhancements, integrations, and operational issues.
- Coordinate enhancement processes with business by defining enhancements and notifying all parties apprised of delivery schedules.
- Assist in design, testing, and deploying changes to CRM, screens, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Support CRM structure to align with overall corporate strategy and business unit needs.
- Develop custom CRM reports and dashboards requested by the business lines.
- Assist in end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids, and workflows.
- Assist in training end users on new CRM applications and changes to system features.
- Administer CRM security rights and user/group roles across business lines.
- Assist users with day-to-day issues, problems, and questions.
What you’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow design, custom configuration, integration, and report development.
- Experience in managing projects, coordinating process reengineering efforts, and workflow analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of business clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience; some college coursework in a related field preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) year hands-on experience in system management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2015, 2013, 2011).
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 certification preferred.
- Mortgage industry experience a plus.
