About the Role
The Associate Director of Program Management is an Operations role responsible for the strategy and execution for specific THIS Customer contracts. This position oversees the strategic and tactical aspects of assigned THIS client agreements including, but not limited to, service delivery, adherence to contract deliverables, profitability, and client relationship management.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and understand assigned customer contract(s)
- Primary contact with customer executive staff and secondary contact for site champions
- Client Relationship Management lead responsible for the overall health of the relationship
- Act as liaison between the customer and THIS headquarters
- Extensive knowledge of assigned contract(s)
- Responsible for net profitability of assigned agreements
- Cost savings and KPI tracking; establishing accruals when THIS is not meeting contract goals
- Develop and pursuit of new business within current contractual business
- Communicate monthly/quarterly metrics to THIS Executive Team and the customer
- Project management of assigned THIS Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
- Champion the adoption of THIS Supply Chain programs/roll-outs
- Communicate effectively with all levels within THIS, coordination with other departments
- Staffing to include hiring, training, performance evaluation, and separation/termination
- Review and approve all team members’ expenses
- Identify and develop team talent while assuring that site-specific policies are followed
- Business Development participation as required
Who We Are Looking For
- College degree in related field is preferred. Degree may be substituted for significant documented experience within integrated supply
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operational team leadership
- Experience with Supply Chain solutions
- P&L Management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage and lead multiple large-scale projects at once
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, as required
