Seeking a Program Manager – Complex Projects Team
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements battery, battery supply chain, and EV program strategies.
- Responsible to Division Manager for schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements.
- Co-develops business plans, forecasting, and staffing models for battery, battery supply chain, EV, and complex project sectors.
- Co-develops operational process and work instructions for project execution success.
- Integrates global workforce strategies into programs.
- Builds Project Management team in support of business strategies.
- Champion of SSOE, assisting in attracting talent.
- Integrates the management of multiple projects into a program.
- Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development.
- Oversees the integration and reuse of interim work products and results.
- Reviews and approves project plans for conformance to program strategy and schedule.
- Escalates decisions to Division Manager as necessary.
- Provides overall program management, coordination, and direction to teams.
- Develops excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
- Leads and participates in business development efforts with proposals and customer briefings.
- Coordinates programs on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Delivers budgeted financial performance (orders, sales, profit, and cash).
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors and program-related personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Construction Management required.
- Professional Registration preferred.
- 25+ years of professional experience.
- Experience leading global teams.
- Direct knowledge of battery, EV, and complex project sectors.
- Experience working as part of an executive leadership team.
- Willing to travel, including internationally, as required. Estimated at 25%.
- Valid driver’s license required. May be waived for international assignments.
Salary Range:
$150,000 – $170,000 /year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
