Job Description

Join us in driving the evolution of assigned products by partnering closely with customers (internal and external), business lines, and Agile teams. As a key contributor, you will maintain and refine the product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize tasks to maximize business value aligned with the product strategy. Act as the primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the product vision. Engage in hands-on collaboration with the development team, addressing daily prioritization needs and providing real-time feedback.

  • Collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
  • Articulate a product vision supporting outcomes, value, and prioritization of work
  • Thorough understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills

Work with Product Management to set release dates, determine value delivery for market release, and communicate tradeoffs between schedule, scope, and budget. Apply product management practices, including customer research, data analytics, and market research.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
  • Thorough understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills
  • Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401k contribution, and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range: $92,480.00 – $108,800.00 – $119,680.00
