Position Description:
KPA is looking for a Product Manager
Product manager will be the eyes and ears of the market and the voice of the customer for our highly configurable, user-focused EHS management software – KPA Flex. You will play a central role in identifying market needs and developing solutions that solve key-business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities and determine the corresponding business gaps available by addressing those needs.
- Work with the Product Director to understand and define the product market, strengths, weaknesses, competitive landscape.
- Manage the entire product life cycle, from planning through development, launch, and retirement phases.
- Create, maintain, and communicate the Product Roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Define product requirements.
- Work with the engineering and design team to build high-value, customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor & adapt to key product success metrics.
- Make data-driven decisions regarding product development priorities while balancing business needs and technical realities.
- Assist in the creation of the training and tools necessary to ensure the Sales and Customer Success are educated on the feature/functionality of products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the right positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Understand and support our sales and customer success teams, enabling them to understand the problems the product solves for our buyers and users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideally 3+ years of product management experience with a record of successfully delivering B2B SaaS products to market.
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities (Energy or Oil/Gas), Transportation, or others governed by EHS regulations.
- Strong skills in research, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with agile development and sprint execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to audiences needing to understand vision, strategy, and execution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Scrum Product Owner Certification.
- Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC).
- Experience in Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability.
- Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and large audiences.
Compensation:
Annual base salary range between $105-120k
Bonus potential of 10% annually

Location:
KPA is headquartered in Westminster, CO just outside of Denver, with a secondary office in Tigard, OR. We operate in a hybrid, remote-first work model where local candidates can go into the office for in-person collaboration, team meetings, or events. This position can sit 100% remote. There may be a rare occasion when you are asked to travel to Colorado or Oregon, however, this would be very infrequently, if at all.
