Job Summary
Director of Partner Doors Buying
The Director will develop and lead in-resort retail strategies for Partner Door locations, collaborating with industry-leading brands such as Patagonia, Burton, Helly Hansen, Oakley, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead short- and long-term roadmap strategies for profitable growth.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Translate business needs into data-driven improvements.
- Accountable for overall financial strategy of Partner Doors.
Job Specifications

Expected Pay Range: $89,100 – $130,000 + annual bonus + equity
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

Job Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- 7+ years’ experience leading teams in complex retail businesses.
- Proven business, management, and revenue/profit acumen.
- High proficiency with online collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
