3-Year Contract with BIA
Measuring performance, tracking results, outreach, and strategic planning are the core components of this 3-year contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).
Performance Analysis and Metrics Development
Performance analysts will collaborate with program teams to establish robust, results-based metrics and milestones for tracking program success. They will assist in the initial setup of strategic action plans and metrics.
- Define well-structured plans
- Collaborate on gathering, tracking, and reporting quarterly results
- Conduct outreach to project sites or recipients for status updates
Independent Analysis and Planning
These individuals will provide independent and objective analysis, including organizational assessments, program evaluations, and performance measure/indicators. The focus extends to process and productivity improvement.
- Contribute to short-term and long-range goal planning
- Validate existing strengths and make recommendations
- Develop and prepare reports presenting findings
Additionally, they will perform interviews and analyze past business improvement actions. Analysis of organizational effectiveness and identification of problems and potential enhancements to business organizations’ design and improvement efforts will be part of their responsibilities.
Strategic Planning and Goal Setting
Strategic planning encompasses both short-term and long-range goals. The individuals will assist groups in establishing clear goals to achieve new levels of problem-solving and decision-making.

- Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
