Vacancy: Employer Key Account Associate Director I
GRAIL is seeking an Employer Key Account Associate Director I to present the Galleri MCED technology and employer program to HR/Benefits decision-makers within employers. Visit https://www.galleri.com/ for more details.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a sales strategy to achieve corporate objectives, revenue, and growth with employers
- Actively engage in lead generation, cold-call/email, and closing skills as a “hunter” in the field
- Lead collaboration efforts across accounts, from prospecting to closure
- Prepare integrated account plans with a cross-functional channel partnership team
- Ensure GRAIL delivers a patient-focused customer experience
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights on marketplace challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance go-to-market efforts and product development
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare, with 12+ years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years in B2B enterprise sales with a track record of success
- Ability to represent GRAIL and its products to senior management and key thought leaders
- Innovative thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts
- Experience in partnership models with employers
- Proven success working with HR/Benefits leaders at mid to large employers
- Ability to travel up to 50%
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $127,000 to $175,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Colleagues may be eligible for an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance or an incentive plan.
